Shipping time
We strive to process orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM to be processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
The average delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after shipping, depending on the destination and processing by DHL.
Please note that DHL is currently experiencing delays, which may cause your order to take longer to arrive.
In the weekend en in holidays be none orders processed of shipped.

Discount codes
You can enter your discount code in the first step of the shopping cart, in the field "Do you have a discount code?"
As soon as the code is accepted, the discount amount will automatically be deducted from the total amount.
Per order can maximum one discount- of promo code be used.

We strive to answer your message within 24 hours on working days.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After receipt of the return shipment, you will receive the full order amount back, excluding the original shipping costs.
To make use of your right to return, you can contact us via the contact form or via e-mail: contact@viralcleaning.nl.
We refund the amount within 14 days after notification of the return, provided the product is received back in good condition.
Exceptions return
Returns is not possible for:

Products of which the packaging is opened of damaged.

Products that used are of traces from use display.
