Order and shipping timeline

We do our utmost best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Orders are processed within 48 hours (on business days). After processing, you will automatically receive an email with a track & trace code with which you can track your order.

Our orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Please allow for a processing time of 48 hours and a shipping time of 2 to 5 business days.

In the weekend and on holidays be there no orders processed or shipped.

The shipping is handled via DHL.
Note: We have no influence on any delays with the carrier. During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather conditions) delivery times may vary.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs be clear displayed during the checkout, dependent from the destination and the weight from your order.
