Order and shipping timeline

We do our utmost best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Orders are processed within 48 hours (on business days). After processing, you will automatically receive an e-mail with a track & trace code that you can use to track your order.

Our orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Please allow for a processing time of 48 hours and a shipping time of 2 to 5 business days.

No orders are processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping is handled by DHL.
Please note: We have no control over any delays caused by the carrier. During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather conditions) delivery times may vary.
